Hahn at Home has returned from her Body Snatchers experience and will now resume her normal programming.
But, apparently, the Body Snatchers have taken over the teenagers. I got home tonight and leaped out of the truck to start raking out front in the waning moments of daylight only to have the rake gently taken from me from J-Man, who then started raking. I came in the house to find Em folding, then putting away, her laundry. Then, J-Man said he was making dinner, and Em cleaned up after dinner. I checked their pupils to see how dilated they were--everything seemed normal. The only thing amiss was this pair of large pods in Em's closet--I'm sure it was nothing. I’m wondering…really wondering…what has happened to my children and when will they be returned? And, do I want them to?
Ah, I’m obviously a few fries short of a Happy Meal, because I just realized…Christmas is coming and the new Nintendo Wii is coming out.
They’ve learned well.
