Crazy busy man, crazy this week, but, I had a chance to speak with my cousin the other day. She was incredibly stoked because she and her husband purchased a Harley Davidson 1200 Sportster. I believe that’s a motorcycle of some sort, but I’m told it’s quite the machine. I questioned their sanity since there is snow on the ground for half the year at their place, but hey, she deserves to be pampered. For me, pampering would include full massage, a 4-star restaurant, and a comfortable bed. Actually, I think she was more excited about getting the leather accoutrement that she now gets to shop for. Why didn’t I get the shopping gene?
When I got my dog Daisy, I was told that Smooth Collies blow their coats with the same frequency as the Rough Collies I’d had before, twice per year. What they didn’t tell me is that this Smooth Collie also blows her coat twice per year, from January to June and July to December. Since I’m not up to the wrestling match to give her a bath tonight, she’s off to the beauty parlor for a little primping. She is the fairest of them all.
And, since I’ve been so busy, I’m just gonna have to wind this up for now. Have important things to attend to later in the evening--I hear there’s a full moon tonight. Woof.
